| 3Tech Automation’s 12 years history relinquish |

On April 1, 2000 four engineers decided to skip their
regular jobs at ABB Electric to start their own business The company was named Tech Automation starting as a partnership which was later converted into a limited company. 3Tech Automation A/S supplies automation and control systems necessary for manufacturing companies both nationally as well as internationally 3Tech Automation started on the premises located in Oldenborggade in Fredericia and later - on April 1st, 2003 – they moved to larger premises at Lumbyesvej 27A at Fredericia. From the start, 3Tech Automation had one very large customer, Kemira Growhow located in Fredericia. Later came Carlsberg Danmark as well as other large companies. Some of the interesting and challenging tasks during the latest years were those for Pribe Sceneteknik A/S in connection with the building of the Opera Building in Copenhagen and the staging of Phantom of the Opera at Det Ny teater in Copenhagen. |
Today, the four engineers and shareholders are still with the company - two of them as Directors and two as employees. Today, 3Tech A/S has 25 employees working at the offices of 3Tech Automation A/S at Lumbyesvej 27A in Fredericia. 7 of the employees are now working in a newly established company, bowitek, working with safety and CE certification. bowitek was established in the autumn of 2009. At the beginning of 2011, 3Tech Automation A/S bought half of the shares of the company Danrob A/S in Middelfart. Danrob A/S is a supplier of robot solutions for the manufacturing industy and has approximately 30 employees. Together with bowitek and Danrob A/S, 3Tech Automation is now a supplier of large total solutions. |
