3Tech Automation A/S provides remote service and remote presentation via the product TeamViewer which is a product of the company TeamViewer GmbH. All our customer has do is to start a small programme by clicking the link below - “Start TeamViewer Remote support” - and just run a small programme. No installation nor administration rights are required. By using TeamViewer we can operate by remote control any computer as if we were sitting in front of it, also in spite of any firewalls. You only give us access to the machine as long as the session is active, the connection is safe among other things due to encryption. Read about safety here
